Cuddle Puddle: a platonic intimacy experience
Facilitated by an experienced somatic practitioner, Jessica Langley, "Cuddle Puddle" offers a space for individuals to explore their relationship with touch, consent, and embodiment. You'll learn practical techniques for communicating boundaries, recognizing and respecting the boundaries of others, and embodying consent in every interaction.

Consent is serious business, but consent can also be sexy! This workshop will explore the dynamics of a trauma-informed consent practice to help participants gain communication skills and confidence around escalating physical contact with ongoing consent through discussion and experiential practices.
